Job Description:

I am urgently seeking an experienced Head of HR Transformation for my London-based higher Education client. The role will initially be a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the Chief People Officer. Depending on experience, the salary will range from £62,728 to £74,866 per year. The ideal start date is 1st June 2025.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Direct line management of a team of Senior HR Change Managers and the wider HR Change team (possibly up to 9 members).
  2. Supporting a wide range of institutional change initiatives.
  3. Driving employee relations initiatives and leading HR Change and Transformation projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing senior HR Change Managers.
  • Experience leading large-scale Transformation and Change projects within the public sector (e.g., University, NHS, Local Government), including dealing with Trade Unions.
