About Our Client

Job Description

The Interim Head of HR Transformation & Change will be responsible for:

  • Leading change activities including HR change and transformation (redundancies, restructures, redeployment, target operating model, team structures, TUPE)
  • Harmonisation, overall improvements, and aligning with ER policies
  • Supporting managers with change proposals
  • Leading a portfolio of change initiatives including TUPE
  • Leading a newly created team
  • Identifying opportunities for HR change and process improvements
  • Monitoring and evaluating organizational changes, reviewing effectiveness, and mitigating risks
  • Presenting analysis and recommendations using data
  • Developing and delivering the HR change management strategy aligned with organizational transformation
  • Overseeing consultation processes and developing plans
  • Reviewing current HR structures
  • Coaching managers through change
  • Leading consultations with trade unions
  • Collaborating with the wider HR team to ensure training is designed and delivered accordingly
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in higher education or the public sector
  • Previous experience leading change programs
  • Line management experience

Salary: Up to £74,000 depending on experience
