A prominent recruitment agency is seeking a Head of Programme Delivery to oversee a major HR Systems transformation project in Milton Keynes. The role requires extensive experience in leading complex programmes and change initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder management and strategic oversight. The ideal candidate will take charge of delivering outcomes aligned with budget and objectives, fostering automation and data governance practices within the organization. This is a full-time position with an expectation of in-office attendance for 2 days a month.
