Job summary

Doocey Group in Tipton seeks a Head of Human Resources to lead the Group’s People Strategy, ensuring capability, culture and leadership support sustained business growth. You will oversee HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Reception and Admin Support, guiding a multi-location team while ensuring compliance and strong employee experience. The role focuses on building capability and embedding a high-performance culture across the Group.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused organisation.
• Ability to develop and implement People Strategies aligned to business growth and performance.
• Extensive knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Group People Strategy aligned with growth plans and operations.
• Provide strategic HR leadership across all Group businesses and locations.
• Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership and people management effectiveness.
• Oversee recruitment, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives across the Group.
• Monitor people metrics and workforce trends to inform senior leadership.
