Flint Bishop Solicitors is seeking a Head of HR to partner with the senior leadership and the board during growth and ongoing M&A activity. You will lead on organisational development and people strategy projects, onboarding new teams across locations, and integration into the business.

You will be responsible for the design, delivery and execution of the HR department balanced scorecard and for providing MI to the board.

Formación

• Qualified HR professional with CIPD level 7.
• Experience as Head of HR overseeing growth and M&A.
• Proven TUPE transfer experience.
• In-depth knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
• Strong senior leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Interrogate and re-design the HR strategy to align with growth and acquisition goals.
• Design, deliver and drive the HR balanced scorecard with KPIs.
• Drive cultural alignment across the firm and regional teams.
• Lead organisational development and change management projects.
• Lead and develop the HR processes including performance management and development.
• Partner on succession planning and TUPE transfers.
• Develop HR metrics and present MI to the board.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and ongoing optimisations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department and Recruitment.
