Job summary

Flint Bishop Solicitors is seeking a Head of HR to drive change and transformation during a period of growth and ongoing M&A activity. The role leads organisational development and people strategy projects, ensuring onboarding of new teams and full integration across locations, with a key focus on learning and development aligned to business plans.

You will design and roll out the HR balanced scorecard, manage a small HR team, and provide strategic direction to HR in a fast-paced environment,

Qualifications

• Qualified HR professional with proven experience at Head of HR level.
• Experience leading change and transformation projects.
• Experience in pre and post M&A activity.
• Ability to lead TUPE transfer processes and manage complex HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Interrogate and redesign the HR strategy to align with growth and acquisition goals.
• Design, deliver and drive the HR balanced scorecard and KPIs set by CEO and Board.
• Drive cultural alignment across the firm and regional teams.
• Lead organisational development and change management projects with senior leadership and C-suite.
• Oversee performance management, employee development and engagement processes.
• Provide strategic direction to HR team and ensure consistent HR practices and compliance.
• Manage external HR relationships and stay updated with employment law changes.
