Job summary

BrewDog is seeking a Head of HR for Bars to lead operational and strategic HR support across our Bars business. You will oversee HR partnering across UK bar sites, building capability within your team, and guiding leadership through complex employee relations while balancing commercial priorities with employee experience.

You will work with the UK HR team and travel across sites, including London, to ensure consistent partnering and delivery of HR initiatives across the Bars estate.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in operational HR partnering or HR leadership roles within hospitality, retail or fast paced environments.
• Proven track record of coaching and developing HR teams and leaders.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters and supporting multi-site operations.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and organisational development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Operations & Training Partners for Bars North and South, building capability and consistency across the team.
• Create a high-performing partnering function across the Bars business with strong collaboration and accountability.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations and ensure compliant, commercial outcomes.
• Coach line managers in performance management, engagement and change initiatives.
• Drive workforce planning, succession planning and embedding HR initiatives across multiple sites.
