Job summary

BrewDog is seeking an Acquisitions Manager to build and own a UK-wide physical assets sourcing pipeline. You will identify high-quality locations, manage relationships with agents, landlords, developers and investors, and drive opportunities that support a £15m EBITDA goal within five years.

Essentially you will assess site potential, coordinate with Retail, Legal and Franchise teams, and prioritise opportunities with strong returns while maintaining governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong networking and relationship building across external partners.
• Proven ability to assess locations, catchments and profitability.
• Experience managing a live acquisition pipeline across markets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source physical site opportunities across UK markets.
• Assess sites for location, catchment, frontage and trading potential.
• Build impact-focused, asset-led pipeline aligned with EBITDA targets.
• Collaborate with Legal, Franchise, Finance and Operations to progress opportunities.
