Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years beverage/F&B ops experience in hospitality, clubs, or hotels.
• Proven multi-site or regional beverage program leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, COGS, and margins.
• Deep knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Experience managing suppliers and commercial negotiations.
• Proven leadership and talent development experience.
• Strong operational knowledge: inventory, licensing, compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting openings, renovations or new concepts is preferred.
• Proficiency in POS and inventory systems (MICROS) and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Lead development and execution of the UK beverage strategy in partnership with regional head.
• Drive evolution of beverage programs across the UK.
• Lead seasonal innovation, trend integration, and new beverage concepts.
• Drive beverage performance: pricing, COGS, margins, budgets, forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and profitability.
• Establish scalable purchasing, inventory, cost control, and operations practices.
• Set and maintain beverage standards across UK Houses.
• Partner with GMs and leadership to drive performance.
• Support openings, renovations, and bar development projects.
• Develop relationships with suppliers, distributors, producers, and partners.
• Collaborate on sourcing strategies and commercial partnerships.
• Ensure product quality, availability, value, and brand alignment.
• Build bar leadership through coaching, training and development programs.
• Partner with People & Development on training, education, succession, progression.
• Coach and mentor Bar Managers and leaders to drive performance.
• Shape the beverage identity and act as brand ambassador for Soho House UK.
• Ensure licensing, health & safety, food safety compliance.
