Job summary

BrewDog PLC in the UK is seeking a Head of HR - Bars to lead operational and strategic HR across the BrewDog Bars estate, including North/South teams. You will shape people initiatives, oversee HR partnering, and coach managers to drive engagement and performance.

Travel across sites and regular London presence are expected as part of leading the function within the Tilray International HR team, ensuring legal compliance and strong leadership development.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in HR partnering or HR leadership within hospitality/retail.
• Proven track record coaching HR teams and leaders.
• Experience managing complex employee relations across multi-site operations.
• Experience leading strategic HR initiatives and OD projects.
• Balancing operational delivery with strategic people priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR partnering function across Bars North and South.
• Coach and develop HR Operations & Training Partners.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations while ensuring compliant outcomes.
• Drive succession planning, leadership development and appraisals.
• Partner with Bars leadership to align people priorities with operations and commercial goals.
