The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is seeking a Senior Housing Strategy Officer to join our small housing strategy team. This full-time, permanent role supports policy and strategy development, procurement of temporary accommodation, and liaison with central government on homelessness targets.

You will lead projects, work with internal and external partners, and help deliver cost-efficient services while meeting government requirements, with hybrid working and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in temporary accommodation procurement or housing development or policy/strategy development or rough sleeping provision, with central government liaison exposure.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and represent the housing service effectively.
• Experience in local authority or registered provider environment preferred.
