Job summary

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership seeks a Corporate Head of Growth to shape and lead a 10‑year development programme delivering up to 2,350 homes. You will manage a team, secure funding, and forge partnerships to build a sustainable development function across Lincolnshire.

The role focuses on delivering high‑quality affordable homes, regeneration, and economic growth through strategic land use and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven Track record in leadership or managerial role within a Growth or Development team.
• Experience in development and asset maximisation in public sector housing.
• Strong track record in delivering successful and complex development programmes.
• Experience of housing development and relevant financial, legal, and statutory requirements.
• Experience of appraising and procurement of capital projects.
• Experience of development through S106, joint ventures, package deals or land led development.
• Experience in facilitating leadership engagement with stakeholders.
• Experience in bidding for and delivery of Homes England funded programmes.
• The ability to position the organisation as a key influencer and trusted partner.
• Proficiency in both verbal and written communication, including the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Knowledge of regeneration and placemaking.
• High level of skill in developing and maintaining excellent relationships with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of economic development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a growing development programme and lead a high‑performing function delivering homes at scale.
• Identify opportunities, secure investment and funding, and forge strategic partnerships.
• Create the development function and governance to support long‑term growth.
• Scale delivery from 2027 onwards to meet ambitious housing targets.
• Unlock land assets and support rationalisation of properties to align with future needs.
• Engage with stakeholders to position LHP as a trusted partner and influencer.
