Job summary

Anthony Nolan is seeking a Head of Business Development for the Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Laboratories. You will lead the commercial growth, shape strategy, identify new markets and manage opportunities from prospecting to delivery, working across laboratories and the wider organisation.

You will also lead teams supporting delivery and operations, ensuring capacity, safety, compliance and strong external relationships to drive sustainable services.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial growth in healthcare, diagnostics or life sciences.
• Strong external relationship-building and networking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial growth for Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics Laboratories.
• Develop and deliver commercial strategy, identify markets, pursue opportunities and price/negotiation through to delivery.
• Oversee laboratory operations to ensure capacity, safety and compliance while enabling services.
