Job summary

Anthony Nolan is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead inclusive, data-informed recruitment that supports our mission. You will shape sourcing strategies, manage end-to-end hiring across roles, and partner with hiring managers to raise hiring standards and candidate experience.

The role sits in our People team, reporting to the Head of People Development, and combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of job types and levels.
  • Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies, sourcing approaches and talent attraction initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and selection best practice, including interviewing, assessment methods and candidate experience.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies to manage hiring activity and improve processes.
  • Experience producing and interpreting recruitment data, using insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Good understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion principles in recruitment and talent attraction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment initiatives and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Analyze recruitment trends and build hiring manager capability.
  • Provide expert advice and challenge throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the people operations team to optimise processes.
  • Maintain active involvement in campaigns and key appointments.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team.

Title:Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary: £44,500 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid, withhead office in Hampstead, London

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Anthony Nolan's approach to attracting, engaging and hiring talented people who will help deliver our mission.

Reporting to the Head of People Development, this role is responsible for ensuring our recruitment practices are effective, inclusive, data-informed and aligned to our employer brand and organisational strategy. Working closely with hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager will provide expert advice and challenge throughout the recruitment lifecycle, helping the organisation make high-quality hiring decisions while continuously improving the candidate experience.

As our subject matter expert, the role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You will lead recruitment initiatives, develop sourcing strategies, analyse recruitment trends and build hiring manager capability, whilst also remaining actively involved in key campaigns and appointments. The role also works closely with our people operations team.

You will bring:
