Job summary

LJ Recruitment is seeking a Head of Customer Success in Derbyshire. You will own the employer and apprentice customer journey, lead the sales function and drive growth with a senior leadership approach.

You will build relationships, improve retention and ensure excellent experiences from enquiry through to progression, reporting to the CEO and guiding a commercial team.Future growth aims include 30-50 learner starts per month.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in sales and customer success.
• Experience growing apprenticeship and commercial training sales.
• Strong employer and learner relationship development; onboarding to progression.

Responsibilities

• Grow apprenticeship and commercial training sales to meet targets.
• Lead, coach and develop the sales and CS teams.
• Own the customer journey from enquiry to progression and completion.
• Build strong employer relationships and win tenders/bids.
• Improve retention, onboarding quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate measurable enquiries and registrations.
