About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and innovative Head of Growth and Marketing to shape and drive LKN’s marketing strategy, relentlessly driving sustained growth for our restaurant brands and partners. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management skills, and impactful marketing initiatives that generate buzz. They should have a passion and curiosity for food and the hospitality landscape. Working with some of the largest brand partners and operators in the UK, you will lead our marketing team to disrupt the UK food scene and elevate our brands. We seek someone who sees opportunities others miss, challenges the status quo, and is restless in finding creative solutions to improve our offerings.

Responsibilities

  1. Growth Marketing and Promotion Strategy
  • Understand market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to inform strategies.
  • Lead promotional and performance marketing efforts to achieve sales, revenue growth, and ROI.
  • Develop data-driven growth marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers across delivery and in-house channels.
  1. Marketing Campaigns
  • Implement impactful marketing activations, events, and sampling to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create promotional strategies aligned with seasonal trends and business goals.
  • Manage consumer-facing marketing and PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and affinity.
  1. Digital Marketing & Creator-Led Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including paid ads, SEO, content, email, and social media.
  • Partner with content creators, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify messaging.
  1. Commercial Activations & Sampling
  • Plan and execute activations and sampling campaigns, coordinating with clients, development, and operations to meet targets and generate buzz.
  1. Creative Execution
  • Ensure high-quality artwork and marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
  • Manage creative projects within timelines and budgets.
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including delivery partners, brand collaborators, agencies, and activation partners.
  • Serve as a key contact for marketing communications.
  1. Inbound Lead Generation Strategy
  • Develop strategies for inbound leads via website, SEO, LinkedIn, targeting operators and partners.

Required Skills

  • At least 5 years in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within hospitality or food delivery sectors.
  • Proven success in growing brands and delivering measurable results.
  • Experience working with content creators, influencers, or brand ambassadors.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and design excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of successful marketing initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating with agencies and freelance partners, including planning, performance tracking, and reporting.
