Job summary

J.P. Morgan Personal Investing is seeking a Head of Operations to lead an investment operations team across Europe. You will oversee day-to-day trading, settlements, payments, ISA transfers, account management and client service, ensuring risk controls and regulatory compliance.

In this role you will design scalable operating models, drive process improvements, automation and data-driven decision making, and manage a large, geographically dispersed team across London and other markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and scaling multi-product/multi-country operations in regulated financial services.
• Experience building operating models, governance, and capabilities to support growth and market expansion.
• Strong understanding of UK and European regulatory environments and multi-jurisdiction design.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trading, settlements, payments, pensions and ISA transfers.
• Lead a ~130-person operations team across locations and time zones.
• Design operating models, governance, and capabilities to support launches and expansion.
• Partner with regulators and governance bodies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Drive operational transformation through automation, data analytics and digital initiatives.
