J.P. Morgan seeks a seasoned leader to run a large, multi-product investment operations function across Europe. You will oversee trading, settlements, payments, pensions and client service, driving process excellence while maintaining risk controls.

You will design operating models, lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance, and push transformational initiatives leveraging automation and data analytics to improve client outcomes.

Competenze

• Experience leading and scaling multi-product operations within regulated financial services.
• Experience building operating models, governance frameworks, and capabilities to support growth.
• Strong understanding of UK/EU regulatory environments and multi-jurisdiction frameworks.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams with oversight of risk and controls.
• Experience engaging with regulators and governance bodies within European frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Controls to achieve objectives.
• Track record of operational transformation via process optimization, automation, data analytics.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management across complex organizations.
