Responsibilities

• Lead and scale an operations function across multiple markets and products.
• Design operating model, governance, and capabilities for expansion and launches.
• Oversee day-to-day trading, settlements, payments, and client service.
• Drive process improvement, automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.
