Are you an experienced Head of Fundraising? Do you have the expertise to lead the development of an aspiring and robust fundraising strategy to support the future vision of Stonewall? You will focus on uplifting all fundraising income streams through proactive stewardship, innovation, and creativity. Do you have the skills and drive to build important and purposeful relationships across all categories of engagement?

Stonewall is looking for a confident, engaging, and driven leader who is keen to support the aims and vision of the organisation to ensure success.

An inspiring and motivated manager who role models and embeds our values and standards of behaviour for those you work with both internally and externally to ensure we:

• Steward and retain our existing donors
• Expand the reach from Grants and Trust Foundations
• Develop and grow relationships with major donors
• Expand our reach with Corporate Sponsorship

Stonewall is an LGBTQ+ charity. Over the last 35+ years, we have helped create transformative change for LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Our campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy.

You would be a key part of a small team of driven, passionate people who are working together to deliver meaningful and tangible progress for LGBTQ+ people.
