Head of FP&A

- Contract: Temp to Perm - our client is proposing that this role with temporary for 6 weeks with a view to then becoming permanent
We are seeking a Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This senior role offers strategic financial guidance to support decision‑making and performance, working closely with the senior leadership team. You will manage a team within a finance department of around 15 people, focusing on financial excellence and system improvements. This position provides excellent scope for career progression.
Day‑to‑day of the role
- Deliver high-quality financial advisory services to budget holders.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial efficiency.
- Optimise systems and processes within the finance function.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in financial leadership and business partnering.
- Strong analytical, communication and systems optimisation skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills for exampleexperience with Power BI or similar
