L&Q is seeking a strategic Head of Operational Support to lead Fleet, Materials and Logistics across Maintenance Services. You will ensure frontline operatives have vehicles, tools and materials to deliver high-quality repairs first time, while managing a £20m budget and key supplier relationships.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance Operations, this hybrid role requires a proven track record in large-scale operations, strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across fleet, materials, logistics or operational support.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing significant budgets and procurement activities.
• Data-driven decision-maker with analytical capability.
• Experience in housing, property, maintenance or construction advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead Fleet and Materials teams to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Deliver Fleet and Materials strategies to meet operational goals.
• Manage supplier performance, procurement and compliance.
• Oversee circa £20m budget with strong financial control.
• Use data to drive performance and efficiency.
• Ensure safety, compliance and fit-for-purpose operations.
