Job summary

Tri Talent Resourcing Ltd is partnering with a well-established international consumer business to hire a Head of FP&A in London. The role oversees core FP&A activities, influences senior leaders, and shapes budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning across markets.

You will lead performance analysis, build robust modelling and drive commercial insights to guide investment decisions. The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with strong FP&A experience, including business

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with FP&A or commercial finance experience.
• Experience in an international consumer-facing business (FMCG, retail, hospitality, travel or e‑commerce) is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with commercial judgement and the ability to translate numbers into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning.
• Deliver performance reporting and analysis of revenue, margin, costs and profitability.
• Develop financial modelling, investment appraisal and scenario planning to support growth.
• Partner with Commercial, Operations and Finance to provide insight and challenge.
• Improve forecasting, reporting and FP&A tools as the business expands internationally.

Job description

I’m partnering with a well-established international consumer business to recruit a Head of FP&A.

This is a visible, influential role, working closely with senior leaders across international markets to shape financial planning, challenge assumptions and guide commercial decisions.

You’ll take ownership of:

• Annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term strategic planning.
• Performance reporting and analysis, explaining the drivers behind revenue, margin, costs and profitability.
• Financial modelling, investment appraisal and scenario planning to support growth.
• Business partnering with Commercial, Operations and Finance, providing insight and constructive challenge.
• Improving forecasting, reporting and financial tools while developing the FP&A function as the business expands internationally.

About you

You’ll be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering within a sizeable organisation.

Experience in an international consumer-facing business, such as FMCG, retail, hospitality, leisure, travel or e-commerce—would be particularly relevant.

You’ll combine strong analytical skills with commercial judgement, confidence with senior stakeholders and the ability to turn complex numbers into clear recommendations.
