Job summary

Global Accounting Network Limited, London-based agency, seeks Head of FP&A to lead end-to-end financial performance and strategic planning. You will partner with senior leadership to influence key business decisions and own the monthly reporting cycle.

You'll manage forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis, driving automation and system rollouts while mentoring the FP&A team. This is a high-impact role within a multinational, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Extensive FP&A experience in multinational, multi-entity organisations.
• Strong group reporting, forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning expertise.
• Excellent stakeholder management with CFO/executive and board-level partners.
• Experience in finance system development, implementation, or rollout.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly group reporting cycle with clear performance narratives.
• Lead flash and management reporting, investor relations analysis.

The Role

• Own the monthly group reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear performance narratives
• Lead flash reporting, management reporting, and investor relations analysis
• Develop and own the end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
• Shape and execute scenario and sensitivity analyses to inform strategic decision-making
• Translate financial data into actionable insights for senior management and the Board
• Lead, develop, and coach the FP&A team, acting as an internal systems and operating model champion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation, standardization, and new system rollouts

The Person

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in Technology, Media, or Telecommunications sectors
• Proven track record in FP&A and commercial finance within a multinational, multi-entity organization
• Strong expertise in group reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with CFO, executive, and board-level stakeholders
• Experience in finance system development, implementation, or rollout
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at pace
