Marks Sattin is partnering with a leading international brand in central London to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst. This role offers senior stakeholder exposure across a complex multi-entity environment, supporting performance, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will deliver financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis, partnering with operations and functions to drive insight-led decisions.

Qualifications

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with FP&A or finance business partnering experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience handling large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management for senior leaders.
  • Proactive mindset and drive to improve processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver month-end reporting with insightful analysis.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning.
  • Consolidate departmental reporting and KPI packs for executives.
  • Provide robust financial analysis to inform decisions.
  • Partner with operational leaders across the organisation.
  • Drive improvements and standardisation of reporting processes.
  • Support monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • Manage revenue, cost and headcount reporting cycles.
  • Provide ad hoc commercial and financial analysis for priorities.

Senior FP&A Analyst | High-Growth International Business

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading international brand (central London) who are looking for an ambitious Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The role offers a high-level of senior stakeholder exposure in supporting business performance, forecasting and strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, driving insight-led decision making and influencing business performance.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering month-end reporting, providing meaningful analysis and insight into financial performance
  • Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Consolidating departmental reporting and KPI packs for senior leadership teams
  • Producing robust financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Business partnering with operational and functional leaders across the organisation
  • Driving improvements, consistency and standardisation across reporting processes
  • Supporting the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
  • Managing periodic revenue, cost and headcount reporting cycles
  • Providing ad hoc commercial and financial analysis to support business priorities

You will ideally have:
  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with similar experience within FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a desire to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
