Job summary

ICAEW is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join the finance leadership team near Heathrow, driving budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across units.

You will manage two Financial Analysts and influence senior stakeholders through insightful analysis and commercial challenge.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA with FP&A or business partnering experience.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting budget and forecasting processes.
• Ability to challenge, influence and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
• Clear communication of complex financial information to non-finance audiences.

Your new role As FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business's planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge.

What you'll need to succeed

• ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualification
• Proven FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
