The Role

As Head of Finance, you will:

• Provide strategic financial leadership with robust control & reporting
• Manage a senior team of 3 and oversee a team of 14
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, VAT & month-end processes
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture

Requirements

• Fully qualified accountant
• Leadership experience in a large, complex organisation
• Expertise in financial control, reporting & managing multi-cost centres
• Experience managing 3-5 people with mentoring skills
• Strong problem-solving & process improvement skills
• Proficiency in Excel & financial software
• Charity sector experience is a plus, but commercial backgrounds are also welcome
