What do you need to have?

You need to be qualified from one of the UK’s major chartered accounting institutes and have been a CFO/FD multiple times, with strong experience in commercial finance, business strategy, and a successful track record. Your unique strength is your ability to build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients—acting as CFO, advisor, strategist, and friend. You will work closely with your Regional Director and a team of CFO/FDs in a highly collegiate environment. We pride ourselves on being a great place to work, with family at our core, as often reflected in our clients’ operations.

Rather than just being given fish, we teach you how to catch them and build a portfolio career that can be a game changer for both clients and yourself. You’ll enjoy the challenge, variety, and interest of working with multiple clients, and appreciate the flexibility this provides. Initially, you’ll wake up asking, “How do I build my portfolio today?” and as it grows, “How do I add value and do something special for my clients today?”
