The Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead our finance function across the SCGMS group. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this role will be pivotal in shaping financial strategy, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring robust financial governance across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the group’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insight to the Board and senior leadership.
• Manage group cash flow, investments, and capital allocation.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, reporting standards, and audit requirements.
• Oversee monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts.
• Support M&A activity and business development initiatives.
• Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring best-in-class performance and controls.
Requirements
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, ideally within healthcare or multi-entity organizations.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with financial systems and reporting tools.
