We’re partnering on a confidential search for a high-growth, family-owned SME operating across the UK, US, and internationally. Renowned for its innovative design and building material solutions, this multi-entity business is entering an exciting new chapter—gearing up for significant growth and preparing for a potential investment or exit within the next 3–5 years
As Group Head of Finance, you’ll lead financial operations across the group, ensuring financial clarity, operational rigour, and strategic alignment. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape a future-proof finance function in a values-led and entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and strengthen group-wide financial control, reporting, budgeting, and cashflow processes.
- Guide and support finance teams across multiple entities—including hands-on where needed.
- Act as a key partner to the CFO and Executive Chair.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives including investment readiness and M&A.
- Help scale systems, controls, and frameworks aligned with growth plans.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant PQE.
- Experience across group/multi-entity financial control and reporting.
- Comfortable working strategically and rolling up your sleeves.
- Ideally experienced in design-led, engineering or manufacturing environments.
- Able to work from London 3+ days a week.
