The Finance Director will join a high-caliber senior leadership team to oversee strategy implementation and business planning.

Job Description

1. Report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Group.
2. Implement budget management procedures and establish clear financial objectives.
3. Assess new opportunities financially and provide professional advice and objective analysis.
4. Develop medium to long-term financial strategies, treasury management, and annual budgeting for the Group.
5. Lead the UK finance function, taking ownership of financial management, control, and reporting.
6. Engage in commercial decision-making, business partnering, and value creation, focusing on customer profitability, pricing strategy, and margin enhancement.

Requirements

1. Deliver high-quality, timely financial reporting and analysis in line with group standards.
2. Drive process improvements and leverage data and systems for enhanced financial insights.
3. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial strategies.
4. Ensure effective financial controls to meet regulatory and auditor requirements.
5. Manage financial affairs within policies and budgets.
6. Produce accurate and timely financial reports and accounts.
