Salary: £45,458 - £49,150 per annum (Band 9)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and inspirational educational leader to join a large and successful Further Education College in Nottingham as Head of Faculty - Engineering.

This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to lead a diverse and ambitious Engineering provision and play a key role in driving curriculum excellence, innovation, and student achievement. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing curriculum team, ensuring outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across a broad range of engineering programmes.

The Engineering faculty delivers vocational and technical qualifications from Level 1 through to BEng degree-level programmes, including T Levels, Higher Technical Qualifications (HTQs), and City & Guilds qualifications, supporting learners at every stage of their educational and career journey.

The Role

Reporting to senior curriculum leadership, you will be responsible for the strategic development, management, and delivery of the Engineering curriculum. You will lead on quality improvement, curriculum innovation, student outcomes, and employer engagement, ensuring provision remains responsive to the needs of industry and the local economy.

Key responsibilities include:
