Priory Hospital Nelson House in Gosport, Hampshire, is seeking a Head of Facilities to lead Estate and Facilities operations. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) offers a hands-on leadership position within a rehabilitation service.

Priory Hospital Nelson House has an opportunity for a Head of Facilities to join our team.
Priory Hospital Nelson House, Gosport, Hampshire is a rehabilitation service offering level 1 and level 2 care for males with mental health conditions and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and substance misuse issues. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along Rowner Road and Portsmouth Harbour railway station approximately 3-4 miles from the service.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the hospital, including Estates and Facilities. You will directly line manage the Housekeeping, Administration, Medical Secretaries, Maintenance, Reception and Catering teams, while playing an active role as a member of the Hospital Senior Management Team.
You will be expected to provide cover and support to the wider team and site as and when needed.
