Priory Hospital Nelson House, Gosport, Hampshire is a rehabilitation service offering level 1 and level 2 care for males with mental health conditions and complex needs, including behaviours that challenge and substance misuse issues. It is accessible by public transport, with local bus routes along Rowner Road and Portsmouth Harbour railway station approximately 3-4 miles from the service.
In this role, you will play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessment and delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity, respect, and high standards of care. You will work effectively as a valued member of the Multi-Disciplinary Team, promoting the best interests of clients and their carers while ensuring prescribed nursing care is delivered safely and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive care environment, exercising professional accountability and responsibility, and using your nursing skills, knowledge and expertise to respond effectively to changing environments. You will work within the scope of your professional practice and maintain high standards of care at all times.
