Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment seeks a Director of Ticketing in London to lead ticketing for major events, directing a team of Event Ticketing Managers and ensuring optimal inventory and revenue across all sales channels.

You will work with the VP and SVP of Ticketing to deliver accurate reporting, reconciliation and seamless on-site box office operations during events. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and hands-on event experience.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience within a ticketing team for a promoter.
• Live event ticketing experience up to stadium/festival level.
• Adept at using ticketing systems and reporting functions.
• Commercial acumen in promoter ticketing environments.
• Demonstrates leadership and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent numeracy and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead ticketing strategy and team for Live Nation events.
• Manage on-site box office operations during major events.
• Prepare and reconcile event ticketing reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate with promoters, venues, and agents on ticketing plans.
• Oversee inventory management and allocations across channels.
• Act as deputy to VP of Ticketing when needed.
• Identify process improvements to streamline operations.
