Job summary

Network IT seeks a Head of Estates to set the strategic direction for Security and Estates Management, advising the Chief Executive to help make effective security decisions across Estates, H&S, Fire and Security.

The role leads Estates, Health & Safety, and Security governance at board level, ensuring implementation and effectiveness of processes in line with legal and departmental requirements. Hybrid working is available.

Qualifications

• SC Cleared is mandatory.
• Experience in security, facilities management, and health & safety governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Estates, including delivery of hard and soft FM services through contracts and contractors.
• Line manage Security, Estates, H&S and Fire Safety teams.
• Strategic planning for site facilities and future needs.
• Oversee hard and soft FM delivery via 3rd party providers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fire regulations.
