Qualifications

• Experience shaping estate, infrastructure or investment strategies within a complex organisation.
• Proven leadership of estate, infrastructure or investment programmes.
• Strong strategic planning and business case development.
• Experience managing large-scale capital investment portfolios.
• Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial, financial and risk management capability.
• Experience translating future business needs into estate plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for infrastructure development and estate investment.
• Lead estate investment and renewal programmes to deliver on time and budget.
• Advise Estate Strategy and Planning Director on priorities and risks.
• Drive governance and decision-making for the Estate Strategy.
• Engage with leaders to define future estate requirements.
• Establish sponsorship across business units to drive project delivery.
• Develop external estate strategy including acquisition and utilisation of external facilities.
• Challenge business cases for estate development and investment.
• Ensure investment plans have safety and governance oversight.
• Identify opportunities to enhance estate capabilities.
