Job summary

FCA in London is seeking a senior leader to head Estates, Facilities, Corporate Security and Health & Safety, directing a multi-disciplinary team across the organisation's Estate. You will manage significant outsourced contracts, drive space planning and sustainability goals, and ensure resilience and value from our buildings while supporting the regulator's strategic aims.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of managing a facilities, estates, and infrastructure team.
• Strong leadership capabilities and ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through change.
• Extensive experience of managing outsourced Facilities Management supplier contracts.
• Experience of estate planning, space planning and running projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with overall responsibility for Estates, Facilities, Corporate Security and Health & Safety.
• Overseeing front of house, security, cleaning, gym, staff restaurant and AV.
• Management of relationships with landlord and significant tenant.
• Overseeing key suppliers to ensure compliance, value and quality of service.
• Ensuring resilience of the estate, contingency plans and disaster recovery readiness.
• Developing and delivering a long-term strategy for the department aligning to broader strategies.
• Leading on performance, capability, and culture within the department.
