Job Title: Head of Estates Engineering Services

Salary: To £88,000 per annum with excellent benefits package

Job Description:

Lead the strategic direction of all aspects of engineering services, creating a culture of exceptional service delivery focused on enhancing the visitor experience.

The estate of the Royal Ballet & Opera comprises three sites: the main site in Covent Garden, a site in Thurrock, Essex, and a storage facility in Aberdare, Wales. The facilities support a complex production schedule and a large staff, artists, and creative personnel involved in staging opera and ballet.

The Head of Estates Engineering Services will oversee strategic planning and delivery of engineering services across all sites, including building and fabric maintenance, utilities, installation, capital works, and energy-saving projects.

We seek an individual with proven experience in leading engineering services within a comparable operational estate, with outstanding stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills, proactive and engaging in approach.
