Salary: Up to £88,000 per annum with excellent benefits package

Job Description

The Royal Ballet & Opera estate comprises three sites, including a historic main site in Covent Garden, a production workshop in Thurrock, Essex, and a storage facility in Aberdare, Wales. The organisation delivers complex productions supporting thousands of staff, artists, and creatives.

The Head of Estates Engineering Services will lead strategic planning and delivery of engineering services across all sites, overseeing building maintenance, utilities, installation, capital works, and energy projects. This role requires proven leadership in managing engineering services within a comparable operational estate.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and proactive management of engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the estate's optimal functioning and sustainability.
