Salary: Up to £88,000 per annum with excellent benefits
Role Overview: Lead the strategic direction of engineering services, fostering a culture of exceptional service delivery to enhance the visitor experience across all Royal Ballet & Opera sites.
Facilities: The estate includes three sites: the main site in Covent Garden featuring a historic theatre, recently redeveloped stages, rehearsal rooms, and ancillary spaces; a production workshop and costume centre in Thurrock; and a large storage facility in Aberdare, Wales. These facilities support a busy production schedule and a workforce of thousands.
Responsibilities: Provide leadership in planning and delivering engineering services, including building maintenance, utilities, capital projects, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
Candidate Profile: Proven experience in managing engineering services in a similar operational estate, with excellent stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills. Proactive and engaging approach required.
