Head of Estates Engineering Services
Salary: Up to £88,000 per annum with excellent benefits package
Responsibilities include leading the strategic direction of all engineering services, enhancing service delivery to improve the visitor experience.
The Royal Ballet & Opera estate includes three sites: the main site in Covent Garden with a historic theatre, a second theatre, and additional rehearsal, dressing, workshop, and office spaces, along with facilities in Thurrock, Essex, and Aberdare, Wales.
The facilities support a busy production schedule and the work of thousands of staff, artists, and creatives to stage opera and ballet to high standards.
The Head of Estates Engineering Services will oversee strategic planning and delivery of engineering services across all sites, providing guidance on building and fabric maintenance, utilities, capital works, energy-saving, and carbon reduction projects.
We seek an individual with proven leadership in engineering services within a comparable operational estate, with strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills, proactive and engaging approach.
