Directorbank is seeking an executive to lead the Environmental Engineering division across the UK, accountable for P&L and growth. You will set strategy, drive cross-functional execution, and steer acquisition integration while delivering best-in-class outcomes for customers.

You will report to the Group CEO and sit on the Executive Leadership Team, collaborating with other division leaders to cross-sell and unlock value across the business.

Qualifications

• P&L leadership at scale in an engineering-led business.
• Proven experience integrating acquisitions while growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Environmental Engineering division with full P&L accountability.
• Set strategy and drive double-digit growth across the division.
• Shape and execute the division’s acquisition strategy and integrations.
• Collaborate with Group CEO and other MDs to cross-sell and optimise performance.
