NHS Supply Chain is hiring a Head of EPMO in Nottingham on a hybrid basis. You will lead the Enterprise Portfolio Management Office to ensure complex transformation initiatives are delivered on time and within budget, aligning with the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.

You will drive portfolio strategy, governance, and benefits realisation, working with senior leaders to optimise investments and delivery throughout the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record leading an Enterprise PMO in large organisations.
• Ability to translate strategy into portfolio roadmaps and manage interdependencies.
• Experience with MoP, MSP, PRINCE2, Agile/Hybrid frameworks.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership to ensure investments align with strategic priorities and maximise value.
• Lead Investment Forum and Executive Oversight Forum for accountable portfolio decisions.
• Oversee integrated plan, risk mitigation and interdependencies across major programmes.
• Deliver high-quality portfolio analytics and reporting to the Board and executives.
• Embed standard delivery practices, single source of truth for PPM tooling and governance.
• Drive benefits realisation and value optimisation across transformation programmes.
