Supply Chain Coordination Limited is seeking a Head of EPMO to lead the end-to-end definition, governance and oversight of the NHS Supply Chain Change Portfolio from the Nottingham office. The role requires strategic leadership to ensure multi-year programmes are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.

You will chair the Investment Forum and 2030 Executive Oversight Forum, providing expert guidance on risk, interdependencies and programme benefits

Responsabilités

• Provides leadership to align the portfolio with strategic priorities and drive value for patients and the system.
• Leads the Investment Forum with the Executive to ensure project investments are realistic, affordable and deliverable.
• Leads the 2030 Executive Oversight Forum, advising on the integrated plan, risk mitigation and interdependencies across major initiatives.
• Delivers high quality portfolio intelligence, analytics and reporting to enable timely, evidence-based decisions by the Executive & Board.
• Drives consistent delivery practices through standardised PMO tooling and methodologies, enabling on-time delivery within budget.
• Oversees Benefits Realisation and Value Optimisation across transformation programmes to improve service quality and outcomes.
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvement and a high-performing PMO team across the organisation.
