Job summary

FlowX.AI is seeking a Lead BDR to scale our outbound motion in a fast-growing enterprise SaaS environment.

You will standardise messaging, build playbooks, coach a growing BDR team, and partner with Account Executives to generate enterprise pipeline. This is a hands-on role with high impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading BDR/outbound teams in B2B enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building, managing and coaching BDR teams.
• Strong territory planning and AE–BDR collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise sales and complex sales cycles.
• Very metrics and pipeline driven.
• Self-starter with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a growing team of BDRs.
• Build a common playbook: messaging, scripts, sequences and outbound content.
• Implement shared processes, tooling, training and best practices across the team.
• Partner with Account Executives on territory and account planning.
• Own BDR metrics and pipeline targets, while running your own outreach.
