Track Titan is seeking a hands-on Head of Engineering to lead the engineering org across product engineering and ML, owning people, delivery and process. You will partner with the CTPO to craft standards, culture, and fast, high-quality delivery across web, desktop, and mobile.

You will lead hiring, mentoring, and building an engineering culture that ships in iterative steps while maintaining quality and velocity. This is a growth-focused role with significant impact.

Qualifications

• Strong track record managing software engineers and leaders.
• Experience growing an engineering organization in fast-growing startups.
• Hands-on leader comfortable in codebase early on.
• Excellent written communicator in async, distributed teams.

Responsabilités

• Own and grow the team with 1:1s, candid feedback, and growth plans.
• Own delivery cadence across product engineering and ML.
• Build the operating system: culture, rituals, and processes.
• Lead org-wide standards: quality, reliability, infrastructure and cost.
• Raise the bar with every hire and onboarding.
• Shape external presence via an engineering blog, conference talks, or open source.
