C3 Group is recruiting a Head of Energy & Sustainability to lead its energy and sustainability consultancy, based in Leeds & Hull. You will oversee commercial, operational and technical performance, reporting to the Managing Director, and drive growth with a multidisciplinary team.

This senior leadership role combines technical credibility with strong leadership and business development as you shape strategy, win projects and strengthen client relationships across public and private sectors,

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in energy, building services or decarbonisation consultancy.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical, engineering or design teams.
• Strong relationships with senior clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the business strategy, annual plan, budget and growth objectives.
• Win new projects through bids, tenders and proposals.
• Drive growth across Net Zero and M&E design services.
