You will guide energy audits, carbon footprinting, and client relationships while mentoring junior consultants. Qualifications

• Proven experience in energy, sustainability, or carbon consultancy.
• Expertise in carbon data management and reporting frameworks.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Membership of EI, CIBSE, or IEMA.
• Team leadership or mentoring experience.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
• Desirable: ESOS Lead Assessor, digital reporting experience.

We’re partnering with a progressive energy and sustainability consultancy seeking an experienced Energy & Carbon Manager to lead its carbon, energy and decarbonisation services.

This is a senior role combining technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic influence, helping organisations reduce emissions and meet compliance targets.

The Role:

You’ll lead and oversee:

• Delivery of energy audits, EPC, DEC, ESOS and Net Zero roadmaps
• Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprinting and reporting
• Decarbonisation and carbon reduction strategies
• Client relationships, bids, and service development
• Mentoring and developing junior consultants

About You:
