Job summary
LHC Procurement Group is seeking a highly credible technical leader to drive energy efficiency, decarbonisation and retrofit frameworks across the UK public sector. You will shape standards, advise on funding opportunities and emerging legislation to influence how sustainable buildings are delivered nationwide.

Qualifications
- Experience in energy performance and decarbonisation
- Knowledge of retrofit delivery and project management
- PAS 2035/2038 qualifications or equivalent energy efficiency credentials
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and represent the organisation externally
- Commitment to innovation in sustainable procurement and building improvement
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and evolution of energy efficiency and retrofit frameworks and standards
- Provide strategic technical leadership on retrofit, decarbonisation and Net Zero initiatives
- Monitor government funding opportunities to maximise retrofit investments
- Represent LHC Procurement Group at industry events and working groups
- Develop technical specifications and procurement criteria to deliver measurable outcomes for public sector clients
